Earl Antwine has been bottling his 7-Pepper hot sauce since 1997. Proceeds from the sales support his youth program that works with at-risk boys in decade-long mentorships.
The boys work with Antwine in the God’s Vineyard garden to grow the peppers that ultimately go into the hot sauce. Students learn how to grow produce, but more importantly learn life skills such as conflict resolution.
